Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after that time are sent out on the next business day.
Processing and dispatch generally take between 2 and 3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, a second email follows with your tracking number.
