We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or shipping irregularities.

  1. Product Information

We take care to present our products accurately through descriptions and imagery.

Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen calibration, photographic lighting, or manufacturing tolerances. Such differences are not considered defects and do not automatically entitle you to a return.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and authorised.

  1. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to United Kingdom addresses, free of charge and with no minimum order requirement.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page. As a general guide: please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 8 business days for shipping — approximately 7 to 11 business days in total from the order date.

Orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock availability.

  1. Parcel Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows a delivered status but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours, building staff, or any designated safe locations, and contact the carrier directly using your tracking reference.

Should the carrier confirm the parcel is lost and your address was correct, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund according to your preference.

No remedy will be provided where delivery failed due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Non-delivery must be reported within 45 days of the order date; beyond this deadline, the delivery is deemed complete.

  1. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refused Deliveries

Under UK consumer law, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Items returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or unclaimed orders may be subject to a deduction of up to 25% of the order value to cover handling fees.

Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with photographic or video evidence.

Following assessment, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where the other options are not applicable.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental impact, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Where a product does not meet expected standards, we will prioritise repair or replacement. A refund will be offered where neither option is feasible.
